Neo Salon Solutions was birthed from a passion for creating a better organic and sustainable hairdressing industry. Transparency, honesty, and integrity are some of the highest values we bring to the basin of every salon we work with. People, the planet and all living creatures matter to us as much as high-end hair, and that's why we're committed to helping others be the change they want to see in the world.
About the founder
A passion for education, creativity, and our Planet has defined Nichola’s 27-year career and unique approach to hairdressing. After training with Vidal Sassoon in Manchester, Nichola joined Toni & Guy UK, where she flew up the ranks and across oceans, landing in Sydney to manage the flagship Toni & Guy salon academy, head up Toni & Guy staff training for cutting and eventually on to co-own Toni & Guy North Sydney.
Nichola has also spent the last 9 years as the Australasian Education Manager for Organic Colour Systems, educating other like-minded hairdressers around Australia and New Zealand, a role which has also taken her to Asia, the U.K and the USA.

A creative soul, Nichola is a photographer, crafty goddess, conscious creator, artist, and loves crochet and embroidery.

When she's not leading the way for change in Neo Salon Solutions, you'll find her sharing her alchemy in her Gold Coast based salon Publik Salon.
