No limits is a semi permanent PPD/PPD/PTDS free hair colour that has a natural conditioning and protein rich base which nourishes and conditions the hair during colouring.
 
The colour pigment is called a direct dye and has been used in colouring hair for longer than oxidative colour pigments. A direct dye pigment is a larger molecule pigment that does not penetrate the cortex, therefore does not chemically alter the hairs natural shade. It stains the outer layer of cuticle.
 
Hair that is really healthy will have more of a surface colour effect by staining the outer cuticle layers, whereas hair that has more cuticle damage will have greater penetration, as well as deposit brighter in more damaged areas, and will last longer. The fashion shades do not have a base depth.
 
The Direct Dye sits in a beautiful conditioning base which consists of many ingredients, here are a few :-
Propanediol - Naturally derived corn - Humectant which helps to prevent moisture loss in products as well as holding the moisture to the hair. It provides excellent moisturising properties to the hair and scalp.
 
Aloe Leaf Extract - Aloe Vera - With its rich mix of vitamins, minerals, moisture, and more, aloe vera can help protect moisture levels in dry hair. Aloe vera contributes to a healthy scalp, which is important for healthy hair growth.
 
Chamomile Flower Extract – Soothing agent - provides hair with intense nourishment and makes it shiny and lustrous. It protects hair from environmental damage and split ends. Chamomile will strengthen your hair and protect it from easy damage. It contains anti-septic properties that gets rid of dirt and grease clogging hair follicles and promotes hair growth. It prevents buildup of bacteria and germs and keeps your hair clean and fresh.
 
Polyquaternium-10 - Naturally derived plant cellulose - Conditioner which enhances the appearance and feel of the hair. It improves texture of the hair that has been physically or chemically damaged and also aids with static electricity.
 
Hydrolysed Wheat Protein - Derived from wheat - Gluten free wheat protein conditioner - improves tensile properties of the hair fibers, which means it keeps the hairs elasticity by controlling the amount of moisture loss, which prevents breakage. Its a protein that can penetrate the hair shaft through to the cortex. The more damage there is the easier the penetration into the hair. Increased Hydration, Increased elasticity, gives protection to the cuticles, increased conditioning effects.
 
Comfrey Leaf Extract – Anti-inflammatory - Comfrey is great for hair because it has healing properties and is chock-full with minerals, vitamin A, B-12, and antioxidants. It is superb at preventing dryness, it stimulates skin cell proliferation, and is also an excellent exfoliant that will soften skin cells. Comfrey Leaf extract is soothing and anti-inflammatory and actually makes hair softer.
 
No Limits Yellow is a vibrant semi-permanent colour. A fantastic way to refresh your shade in between colouring or change your colour for a short time period.
 
Add rich tones to darker hair or apply to a pre-lightened base for a bright vivid Yellow. Lasts 3-30 washes (can have longer staining power).
 
Directions:
Shampoo hair using Organic Colour Systems Clarify Shampoo, then massage the No Limits semi-permanent colour onto towel-dried hair.Leave for 30 minutes.
 
Rinse thoroughly and condition the hair using Organic Colour Systems conditioner. Leave for 5 minutes and rinse off the conditioner thoroughly.For refresher applications, use Organic Colour Systems shampoo before the colour application.
